The Furniture Management Process

Planning and Process are the foundation of good Furniture Management Services. Highly skilled on-site Project Managers are the ones to facilitate that – full or part-time, depending upon your needs and preferences.

The process begins with an assessment of project goals and stakeholders. A communication plan will be established, building contact lists and preparing schedules.

When the furniture ships, packing lists will be verified with the order, informing the installation team that everything is on the way. Your FPM will also supervise the installation and troubleshoot any problems, should they arise. After conducting a walkthrough and punch list resolution with the installer, the FPM walks the space with your representative and, if necessary, prepare a new punch list of items needing adjustment and resolution.
